Dabur Chyawanprash is an effective combination of more than 40 herbs and plant extracts. The main ingredient is Amla, also known as Amalaki, or Medical Emblica (it is the pulp from the fruits of Indian gooseberry) which has a high content of vythamine C (20-30 times more than orange).
