ASS-ratiopharm 300 mg, 100

indication
The drug is an analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory drug (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory / analgesic).
It is used at
mild to moderate pain (such as headache, toothache, menstrual pain)
fever
Please note the information for children and adolescents.
Contraindication
The medicine must not be taken
if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to acetylsalicylic acid or any of the other ingredients
if you have had asthma attacks or any other hypersensitivity to salicylates or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (certain medicines for pain, fever or inflammation) in the past
if you have a history of gastrointestinal bleeding (perforation) or perforation in connection with previous therapy with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
if you have or have had recurrent stomach or duodenal ulcers (peptic ulcers) or bleeding with at least two different episodes of detected ulcer or bleeding
if the bleeding tendency is abnormally increased
in liver and kidney failure
if you have severe heart failure (severe heart failure)
if you are taking methotrexate 15 mg or more per week at the same time
in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
Dosage of ASS-ratiopharm 300 mg
Always take the preparation exactly as directed. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, the usual dose is
Children 7 – 9 years
Single dose: 1 tablet (equivalent to 300 mg acetylsalicylic acid)
Total daily dose: 3 tablets (equivalent to 900 mg acetylsalicylic acid)
Children 9-12 years
Single dose: 1 – 1 1/2 tablets (equivalent to 300 – 450 mg acetylsalicylic acid)
Total daily dose: 3 – 4 1/2 tablets (equivalent to 900 – 1350 mg acetylsalicylic acid)
From 12 years
Single dose: 2 – 3 tablets (equivalent to 600 – 900 mg acetylsalicylic acid)
Total daily dose: 6 – 9 tablets (equivalent to 1800 – 2700 mg acetylsalicylic acid)
If necessary, the single dose can be taken at intervals of 4 – 8 hours up to 3 times a day.
Duration of application
Do not take the medicine for more than 4 days without medical or dental advice.
Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of the medicine is too strong or too weak.
If you take more than you should
Dizziness and ringing in the ears can be signs of serious poisoning, especially in children and the elderly.
If you suspect an overdose, please notify your doctor immediately.
Depending on the severity of an overdose / poisoning, the doctor can decide on any measures that may be required.
If you forget to take a dose
Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.

Indikation
Das Arzneimittel ist ein schmerzstillendes, fiebersenkendes und entzündungshemmendes Arzneimittel (nicht-steroidales Antiphlogistikum/Analgetikum).
Es wird angewendet bei
leichten bis mäßig starken Schmerzen (wie Kopfschmerzen, Zahnschmerzen, Regelschmerzen)
Fieber
Bitte beachten Sie die Angaben für Kinder und Jugendliche.
Kontraindikation
Das Arzneimittel darf nicht eingenommen werden
wenn Sie überempfindlich (allergisch) gegen Acetylsalicylsäure oder einen der sonstigen Bestandteile sind
wenn Sie in der Vergangenheit gegen Salicylate oder andere nicht-steroidale Entzündungshemmer (bestimmte Arzneimittel gegen Schmerzen, Fieber oder Entzündungen) mit Asthmaanfällen oder in anderer Weise überempfindlich reagiert haben
bei Magen-Darm-Blutung (Perforation) oder -durchbruch in der Vorgeschichte im Zusammenhang mit einer vorherigen Therapie mit nicht-steroidalen Antirheumatika/Antiphlogistika (NSAR)
bei bestehenden oder in der Vergangenheit wiederholt aufgetretenen Magen- oder Zwölffingerdarmgeschwüren (peptischen Ulzera) oder Blutungen mit mindestes zwei unterschiedlichen Episoden nachgewiesener Geschwüre oder Blutung
bei krankhaft erhöhter Blutungsneigung
bei Leber- und Nierenversagen
bei schwerer Herzmuskelschwäche (schwere Herzinsuffizienz)
wenn Sie gleichzeitig 15 mg oder mehr Methotrexat pro Woche einnehmen
in den letzten 3 Monaten der Schwangerschaft.
Dosierung von ASS-ratiopharm 300 mg
Nehmen Sie das Präparat immer genau nach der Anweisung ein. Bitte fragen Sie bei Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker nach, wenn Sie sich nicht ganz sicher sind.
Falls vom Arzt nicht anders verordnet, ist die übliche Dosis
Kinder 7 – 9 Jahre
Einzeldosis: 1 Tablette (entsprechend 300 mg Acetylsalicylsäure)
Tagesgesamtdosis: 3 Tabletten (entsprechend 900 mg Acetylsalicylsäure)
Kinder 9 – 12 Jahre
Einzeldosis: 1 – 1 1/2 Tabletten (entsprechend 300 – 450 mg Acetylsalicylsäure)
Tagesgesamtdosis: 3 – 4 1/2 Tabletten (entsprechend 900 – 1350 mg Acetylsalicylsäure)
Ab 12 Jahre
Einzeldosis: 2 – 3 Tabletten (entsprechend 600 – 900 mg Acetylsalicylsäure)
Tagesgesamtdosis: 6 – 9 Tabletten (entsprechend 1800 – 2700 mg Acetylsalicylsäure)
Die Einzeldosis kann, falls erforderlich, in Abständen von 4 – 8 Stunden bis zu 3 x täglich eingenommen werden.
Dauer der Anwendung
Nehmen Sie das Arzneimittel ohne ärztlichen oder zahnärztlichen Rat nicht länger als 4 Tage ein.
Bitte sprechen Sie mit Ihrem Arzt oder Apotheker, wenn Sie den Eindruck haben, dass die Wirkung des Arzneimittels zu stark oder zu schwach ist.
Wenn Sie eine größere Menge eingenommen haben, als Sie sollten
Schwindel und Ohrklingen können, insbesondere bei Kindern und älteren Patienten, Zeichen einer ernsthaften Vergiftung sein.
Bei Verdacht auf eine Überdosierung benachrichtigen Sie bitte sofort Ihren Arzt.
Dieser kann entsprechend der Schwere einer Überdosierung/Vergiftung über die gegebenenfalls erforderlichen Maßnahmen entscheiden.
Wenn Sie die Einnahme vergessen haben
Nehmen Sie nicht die doppelte Dosis ein, wenn Sie die vorherige Einnahme vergessen haben.
