Use:
Gums: before going to bed, apply 8-10 drops of oil on a very soft toothbrush (which won’t damage the gums) or better on your fingers and gently massage the gums from the front and back, including the palate. After applying the oil, do not rinse your mouth, eat or drink. It is best to leave the oil overnight. Before applying the oil, rinse your mouth well with water. Tarika oil can also be applied to the gums during the day. In this case, do not eat or drink for at least 2 hours after application.
Tooth pain: apply 6-7 drops of Tarika oil to the gum with a tampon. Apply to the tooth for about 2 hours. Repeat as necessary.
